Google Keep

When I am working with people who are having a hard time managing their time this is my GO-TO tool. I have been using Google Keep for the last 5 or so years and have had a ton of success with all of its tools.

In my post in January of 2025, I listed a ton of ways to use this tool and how it can help workflow. For student-life, I would suggest choosing between a list for each class or just a running task list. The nice part about either of these options is that you can check off and uncheck a task. I also recommend an accountability partner so you have someone in your corner to help support your task creation and completion. I have shared with classroom teachers, parents, counselors, tutors, and just having myself on a student’s list of people to help monitor their work.
